The abundant vegetation with the vast olive groves intercepted by cypress trees in perfect harmony with the deep blue sea is what makes the Ionian Islands so majestic and welcoming to the eyes of the visitors. Avlaki Beach Corfu. Just 2 kilometers off Kassiopi village on the way to Corfu Town, 10-min drive from our luxury villas inCorfu, Avlaki bay welcomes you with its simple pristine beauty. A long beach with white pebbles and a second, more secluded and smaller one, accessible via a foot path has a lot to offer: transparent waters, tourist facilities on the spot, quiet tavernas overlooking the bay, water sports and sailing lessons from the local sailing school are but a few activities on offer.
Agios Stefanos Beach Corfu. At a short distance from our villas in Corfu, just off Kassiopi village, a narrow winding road will take you to Agios Stefanos beach, a small cove with little pebbles and sand, shallow clear waters and the chance to rent a motor boat if you feel like exploring the exciting northeastern coast at your own leisure.
Kerasia Beach Corfu. Despite its small size, Kerasia beach is a place of astonishing natural beauty with small pebbles and eucalyptus trees shedding their cool shade over swimmers during the hottest summer days. On the slope there are a few exclusive villas, including the one owned by the Rothschilds, where Prince Charles visits regularly.
Kouloura bay Beaches Corfu. Kouloura is a picturesque fishermen’s village less than 15-minutes’ drive from our villas in Corfu well worth visiting. Close by you will find small unspoiled beaches, like Houhoulio and Gialiskari, where you can cool off in the crystal clear waters.
Kalami Beach Corfu. A quarter’s drive from our luxury villas inCorfu, Kalami beach is at the edge of a lush olive grove and offers clear waters, watersports, seaside restaurants and a lot more. Kalami beach was filmed in Hollywood productions in the past, like the “Tycoon” starring Anthony Quinn and the James Bond film “For Your Eyes Only”, starring Roger Moore and in the ITV series “The Durrells” recently. Famous British writersLawrence and Gerald Durrell used to reside on this beach, at the premises of the White House Restaurant, during their summer holidays in Corfu. So, if you want to get the cosmopolitan feeling of the island, this beach is a must.
Agni Beach Corfu. Apart from the transparent shallow waters, this picturesque bay is very popular with food lovers, since the seaside sophisticated restaurants provide a gastronomic experience that you definitely do not want to miss. Fifteen minutes from our holiday villas in Corfu, this is a unique chance to sample high standard local cuisine right by the seafront.
Nissaki Beach Corfu. A lovely small beach 20 minutes from our luxury villas inCorfu. An excellent opportunity to explore the sea by snorkeling along the idyllic rocky coastline or practice your diving skills from the pier at the far end of the bay.
Barbati Beach Corfu. A beautiful stretch of pebbly beach at the foot of Mount Pantokrator, 20 minutes away from our Corfu villas, where you can enjoy an amazing view of Corfu Town and its fortresses. The inviting sapphire blue sea is mostly calm and instead of renting a sunlounger or umbrella, you can relax under the shade of olive trees and doze off at the rhythmic sound of the cicadas’ song.
